Police v Nolan anda Chinaman named AMtom.—Drunk and disordinary Mr Skipper appeared for the Ah Turn. ■ • Nolan pleaded guilty, and was fined 40s or 4 days imprisonment. Mr Skipper for the other, prisoner said his client was attacked by a number of larrikins, Nolan being amongst the number. • Constable Healy considered the Chinaman not to blame and the Bench discharged him.
