(Before H. S, Wardell, R.M., and J. Donald and J. W, Bidwill, J.P.'g) E. Orbell v. Wallace Smith,--Breach of Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1882. Defendant pleaded guilty and was fined .£35 and costs. Constable F. C. Smith v, Michael Hannitty,—Furious riding, The informant asked leave to withdraw the information which was done. Same v. Franz Ermer.—Drunk while in charge of a trap and horse, Defendant said he was subject to pains in tbe head and sometimes had fits, The informant said he would with the permission of t]ie Court withdraw the information, Withdrawn accordingly. Same v. James A, Stewart,r-Be: fendant was charged with having on the 26th November last behaved in an inoffensive manner in a railway car-1 riage at the Wallaceville flag station to a girl lamed Mary blower. The offensive behavior consisted in the defendant, an old man, having, when nlone in thq carnage with, the girl, kissed her. The defendant said he did not remember anything about it. Fined
