CROWN um 'to BE "LEASED, FORTY-MILE BUSH DISTRICT, WAIRARAPA. TT is hereby notified that the under-i mentioned sections are open fo'r lease for a term of thirty years, with perpetual right of renewal. VVritten tenders (in sealed covers) are invited, in .accordance with (' The Land Act-1877 Amendment Aot, 1882. The.price tendered must be stated in writing as well as in figures, accompanied by a statutory declaration, together with six months' rent at the rate tendered, and a fee of i'l 10s for lease and registration, to be lodged with the Commissioner of Crown Lands, at the Crown Lands office, Wellington, not-later than 4 o'clock p.m. on Wednesday, the lOili December, 1884 The tenders will be opened at the meeting of the Land Board on Thursday, the 11th December (the following day,) at 10 o'clock a.m„ when the highest tenderer, if the tender shall equal or exceed ihe upset auuual reutal per acre fixed by tho Board/ will be declared the lessee. The tenderers must appear.at the .Land Board, eitfiir in"person or by an agent authorized in writini;, on the day on which the tenders are opened. Plans and schedules of the sections, and copies of. the regulations under which leases.will be sold,,and issued, also forias of tendler. and declaration respectively, can be; obtained, at,, the District Land Office, Wellington; at any of the other Land Offices in the colony; and may also be seen at the Railway: stations and Post Offices iu the Welltugtan Provincial District.
