The District, Raee is open to all horses owned in. the district at least six months previous to this race meeting. ]n wise of it protest tho same must be lodged with tho Secretary within 15 minutes after the race has been run, with a deposit of £2, such deposit to be forfeited if the protest bo found trivial or vexatious.
