William Riddle v E. F. Clarke— Claim £4O damage for the loss and destruction of certain cattle by driving the sama off tho Manawa lun to the Tinui pound. Mr Bunny for plaintiff', Mr Beard for defendant. This case was partially heard at the last sitting of the Court, and taken to-day at the request, and by the consent of both parties thereto. After evidence of a technical nature had been heard, Mr Wardell gave judgment'for the plaintiff, damages £ls, and costs £7 Is. There was no other business at the Court.
