An Hungarian has been arrested at Liverpool while landing from a vessel called Lord Olive with thirty packages of dynamite in his possession. Melbourne, October 17.

It is reported that the Hungarian who was arrested at Liverpool with dynamite in his possession 13 innocent, and has been released from custody. An attempt was made yesterday to blow up the grand stand on the Houghton racecourse. A tin containing dynamite was found on the spot. A burnt fuse was attached, but had failed to ignite the explosive, and the attempt therefore failed,
