Philpotv W. P, Allen-Allowing chimney in his house to take fire. Fined 10s and coats.

GREYTOWN.-WEDNESDAY. (Before H. S. Wardell, R.M., and S. Revans, J. P.) William Brown, oharged with drunkenness, was fined 5s or 2i hours, Hans Peter Petersen, residing at Papa wai, was oharged with lunacy, and having been examined by Drs Spratt and Bey, was committed to the Lunatic Asylum.
