R.M. COURT.
CABTERTON—TUESDAY. (Before H. S. Wakdell Esq. R'.M.) There Were no cases for hearing.. The Resident Magistrate gave judgment in a case E. L. Wakeliri v W. Morris, the evidence having been.taken at the last sitting of the Court. The claim was for <£2s, damages claimed by plaintiff for a horse guaranteed sound by the defendant. Judgment was entered for plaintiff for amotui and costs. V In a case in which Mr Tancred was defendant, the evidence of four witnesses was taken and forwarded to Wellington.
