I desire my sons to strive against the abominable injustice of swindlers calling themselves the Government of New Zealand, who, for the purpose of enriching themselves, have borrowed many millions from the people of England, wlio I hayo repeatedly warned through the Press of England that they will lose their money, The rising generation of New Zealand is not answerable for debts thus contracted by English adventurers, they ■ neither borrowed nor benefitted by the money, on the contrary, it is the cause of our now suffering increased taxation on necessaries of life. I desire my sons so expect the day when it will be their duty to resist the payment of this money, of which the other island lias had the lion's share of tho plunder.
