Tlio saloonists of lowa are unable to express the amount necessary to meet these, Tho saloonists of lowa aro unable to settle, with the State, Can ' they settle with God, the final Judgc 1 The State of lowa has been, ■ and can afford to be liberal and lenient towards her erring children. But the books must bo squared by the 4th of July.
