Wo aro requested by a member of the Salvation Army to state that wo were misinformed yesterday when announcing the approaching marriage of a prominent lady Salvationist with the son of a wellknown settler of this town. It is announced that Armadale's drawing on the Hamburg principle will take placo at Wellington on the 10th May instead of the 3rd May, as all the books have not como to hand, Thero are only a few more tickets remaining, and those inclined to speculate should apply at once. A gitt auction, sale will be held by Mr F. H. Wood, on Saturday, tho 10th instant, at his' Greytown rooms. A number of persons havo contributed a good assortment of valnablo gifts, which, will be sold and the proceeds handed; ovor for the purpose of liquidating the debt on the Morrison's Bush Church,
