[to the editor of the daily.] Sir,—Some lime ago a howl was raised by a few bigots at the " Eclio" being allowed in tiio reading room of the Institute, and the committee passed a resolution that 110 religions papersshould be admitted, I presume that resolution lias been rescinded as I notice that intellectual trc.it, the" War Cry," on the tables, so assume that the •'Freethouglit Review" and the "Lib-, eral" will be equally admissible, I am, &c., Fair Play, ' Masterton, April 22.
