We believe that it is now recognised even by the County Suspension, party that the petition lodged withihe Hon, Mr Dick will not pass muster, but must be signed again de novo. • Under any circumstances it will be very dim*-; cult to suspend the County before next November when all the Councillors go out of office,'and in the election of, a new Council there may be a fair trial of strength between the County and anti-County party,
