J. Eddie v. W. Wylie.-Defendant was charged with having assaulted complainant on the 6th instant, and spitting in Ma face. Defendant pleaded guilty under provocation, The evidence showed that, an argument rose between the parties relative to the Mormon religion, which resulted in both getting a little out of temper, and defendant struck the complainant and spit in his face becauso he would not fight .the, matter out. Fined 20s and costs 17s. Taratabi Road Board v. J, W. Lee. -Rates £8 6s Bdl Judgment for plaintiff. Same v. W, Greeks—Rates 6s 3d. Judgment'for plaintiff. .Same v. R. W.
