RULES AND REGULATIONS. The above races to,be run under the Lower Valley Jockoy Club Bules, with the exception of the two steeplechase races, which will bo strictly run under the New Zealand Grand National Steepleohaso Rules, except where otherwise specified in this programme. The saddling bell will rint; at 11,30 a.m.. andtho first race start at 12 o'Mock noon sharp.
