In the case of Tibbett v. Mr Barllett, who has succeeded Mr A. Armstrong at the Albion Saw Mill, Carterton, was thrown from his horse near Mr Skey's, on the Taratahi, on Tuesday evening, to whose house he was taken unconscious, On Wednesday he was transferred to his home, but as be has sustained injuries on his head and down the left side of his body it will take a few days fully to develop the effeotß of it.
