, ,—«• —- UNITED PREBS ASSOCIATION Gisborne, Tuesday. Kenneth Kerr, editor of a newspaper called Pacts, was commifctod for trial for libelling Mr W. L. Kees. THE GISBORNE BIGAMY CASE. Gisborne, Wednesday. The Bromley episode has been amicably arranged, and the cases withdrawn from court. The defendant admitted he was lawfully married to the lady who camo here from Sydney to see him. It was stated in the evidence that Bromley was married to the woman ho lived with as his wife in Gisborne, but there appears to be some difficulty in producing the register of such alleged marriage. Mrs Bromley, it is understood, accepts £SO and returns to her family in Australia,
