MELBOURNE, Wednesday. Sailed, yesterday afternoon—Tarawera, for the Bluff, In the Assembly last night the Railway Management Bill was introduced. It provides for the appointment of three Commissioners in addition to the Minister. The Government will endeavor to procure an experienced railway manager from England to act as Chairman of the Board.
