Messrs Williamson & Co., sharebrokers, report:—Since issue of our last circular the market-has maintained its normal condition. Colonial Banks are <t little better consequent,on approving dividend. Wellington and Manawatu Railways muoli firmer, resulting from loan success. O, Shipping stock hag still a downward tendency, and is pressed at 82s 6d including six months accrued dividend, Wellington Trust and Loans, N.Z. Drugs, and Mosgiel Woollen Companies are all in demand at higher figures. The Wellington Woollen Manufacturing Company, Limited, has been fairly, placed at length before the people and will doubtless take its legitiuate position as a safe investment on the list of Industrial Companies, We note with much satisfaction a decided preference among ordinary investors for such-undertakings. ■ :;■■ The Terawinti Gdldfields absorb much attention at present.
