Received May 23, 2 p.m.—lntelligence is to hand from the /Soudan stating that since the defeat of tho rebels at tho beginning of this month the Egyptian troops have followed up their viotory, and several influential chiefs of El Mahdis' force have submitted to their pursuers, MOSCOW, May 22. The Czar made a state entry into Kremlin Palace to-day. A gorgeous procession had been organised, and four miles of streets were traversed. The whole line of rotito was thronged with people, and houses and public buildings were gaily decorated. His Majesty was received with great enthusiasm.
