: ;The annualrapeting of the voters of tie Grey WiiTrusi Lands was held at the To.wn Hallon*' Monday evening. There were only about fourteen persons, present, Mr Baillie, the' Ohairra an [Of , the Trust, presiding. - The'report and balance sheet was read for the past year and adopted on the motion of Mr R. Bright, seconded by Mr E, Gray. REPORT Tour Committee have , the' honor to report that nothing special has occurred during..the year, except /that a meeting was hejd at which Messrs Hare and Feist attended as members of the Mas,terton' Trust, re.amended Act,-: but no decision could be arrived at pending negotiations between the two. Trusts respecting the Greytown Town Belt. Your Trustees: have again made; the IMasterton Trustees an offer of £250 for their interest in the > Greytown Town Belt. During the year a grant of £lO has been made to the school for certain repairs &c. Ten meetings of the TruSt has been : held during the year. - Messrs Cuff and Kempton are the retiring Trustees, both of whom are eligible' for re-election.. It will be necessary to elect two auditors at the. present meeting. : James Baillib, • Chairman. The balance sheet.showed a. balance of assets over liabilities of <£39o 19s 6d. . ,: -"o Messrs Skeet and St. George were elected auditors. .
