_ Wellington, Wednesday. Owing: to the unavoidable delays that have occurred in the delivery by the Property Tax Commissioners of the rolls under ; the Rating Act, 1882, to local bodies, the time for their delivery was extended to the 30th instant, Other extensions of dates for .holding meetings, conducting elections etc., consequent upon the above postponement are being arranged for by the Government,. .
