copy of the same ia also to be left at the Town Klerk's daya beforo the sitting, of the court... Assuming, now. that .ft i ratepayer has f . an? objeotion and has complied .with these directions, what facilities do they, (jive'foivthe objectors to ■ and .where the court Bits ? Why, sir, they insert one notice m the local paper 0110 mobth previous to the , sitting of the court, and think, no doubt, they have done thoir duty. The conaequeiioe is ■.■ that when the court aitß, although there are objections lodged, the. objectors are not present and no business is dons. I think, Bir, that if the officials would consider that the; courts, are for public convenience they would offer more facilities to. the public for finding when they sit, and if they will not go to tho expense of advertising tlieni, they might at least ■send .the objectors notice as to time and place. - 1 Apologising for oooupjiug so muoh of your valuable space with'my grievances, I am, &c, One Who Objected.
