Why, sir, they insert one notice m the local paper 0110 mobth previous to the , sitting of the court, and think, no doubt, they have done thoir duty. The conaequeiioe is ■.■ that when the court aitß, although there are objections lodged, the. objectors are not present and no business is dons.
