THE HOHENZOLLERNS.
A great grandson has just been born unto the Emperor of Germany. These German princes, stately though they aro on State occassions, are hrgerlish enoughin their private lives, one great reason why they are beloved by their people. So when the decisive hour approaches, the Crown Prince walked, impatiently up and clown in front ol his daughter-in-law's residence just as any plebeian papa might have done. The 'little Princo/ as Prince William is called, at last put his head out of the window, and called out in naive ecstacy, ' Papa, papa, it is a boy after all, 'Ol course/ shouted his father, in reply, ' what else would it have been 1 Great was the joyofthe houseof Hohenzollurn, and as soon as possible the four generalions were photographed together, the old Kaiser with tho tiny baby on his knee, and the papa and grandpa beaming upon them from either side. The four 'Emperors/ as the picture is is called is sold by hundreds all over Germany/and looking at them, one c~n bslieve the future of the family is wull assured, and can understand, rln how it is that this royal family holds so warm a place iu the hearts of its subjects,
