Sib,«—l see a paragraph iu your ibbuo of yesterday respecting tie vendetta between Morison and Trass, of Manaia, and that a complaijjt had beeu made by Trass that Morison had caused night soil to be deposited in tho vicinity of Trass's, ho'ue, according to '• the testimony of Trass in the R.M. Court on the 29th he distinctly stated oh cath that Morifon's' property was half a milo distant from bis residence and that Mr Carman'a land intervened between.
