A'Oabinot Council was hold at-Windsor to-day, when the following members oi the Ministry took the-oaths of office:— Lord' Derby, Seoretarv for the Colonies; Lord. Kimberley, Secretary for India; Lord Hartington, Secretary for War ; and Mr Clulders, Chancellor of the Exchequer.

This will be held forthwith, and some startling revelations as to the state of Dublin are anticipated, The homeward Australian - and New Zealand mails via San Franoisco which left Auckland on .November 7th were delivered here to-day.
