Order made to pay within 14 days or 14 days' imprisonment, T. Ray vT. L. Thompson. Debt, M 14b. Mr Beard for plaintiff, Mr Bunny for defendant, This was a claim for hoard and lodgings of a man named Ford (re cently deceased) and stabling accommodation of an entire horse named Young Camden, Plaintiff made the claim as he fully understood that Ford was in defendant's employ and that the horse belonged to him. Defendant proved that he had sold the horse to Ford in October last, when he ceased to be in his employ, and therefore was not liable for any debts he might have contracted, After a large amount of argument between counsel; his Worship's judgment was reserved till'this morning at ten o'olock, The Court sat at 10.30 this morning and in the case Ray v Thompson, his Worship non-suited plaintiff with costs.
