The above Committee met at the Courthouse to-day at 12 o'clock, all the Committee being preflent • The following ap plications were granted on ; the under, standing that proper means of escape from fire was provided :—O. F. Worth, Eoyal Hotel; A. Elkins, Club Hotel; J. H. Oorbett, Empire Hotel j and l'hos. Wagg, Prince of Wales Hotel.
