In the House of Commons last night, the Irish Repression Sill was again brought under .consideration, In tho. course of the debate Mr Dillea made a speech in which he stated that, as landlords were continuing to evict their tenants for non-payment of rent, he must refuse to denonnce the commission of outrages against landlords. Mr Gladstone spoke in strong terms of reprobation of the attitude assumed by Mr Dillon, and stated that the Government felt it was imperative that the Repression Bill become law.
