The funeral of the late Lord Frederick Cavendish will lake place to morrow at Chatswnrth, Derbysnire. the seat of the Duke of Devonshire, The ceremony will be attended by a large number of distinguished personages, including all the members of the ministry and many members of both Houses of Parliament

Consols liavo advanced to 101j. Now Zealand securities remain at yesterday's quotations. The market for colonial broiuls'uffs is dull. Adelaide wheat, ex store, remains at 545; and New Zealand ditto at 51s. Adelaide flour, ox store, OGs, Australian tallow is firm at 42s for best beef, and 43a Gd for best mutton.
AUSTRALIAN. Adelaide, May 11. At the South Australian Jockey Club meeting to-day, the race for the Adelaide Gold Cup was won by Euclid with Commotion eoconil. Belladrum and Pollio van a dead heat for third placo. Fourteen horses started, and Euclid won, after a coed race by a neck. Tirna, 3mm 36|sec.
