EGYPTIAN CONSPIRATORS IN ■• EXILE.. Cairo, May 1.: Forty-three Circassian^officers of the/ Egyptian army , who. were., last month arrested on a charge ofconspiracy to > to murder Arabi Pasha, the Minister of War, have been tried ty court-martial, and being found guilty, have been : sentenced to be exiled. It has now transpired that the court • martial which tried the Circasian officers for conspiracy to murder Arabi Pasha, , the Minister for War, qas found thaiIsmail Pasha, the' eirlthedive, waß the instigator oi the conspiracy, and the '■ Court has consequently recommended that his Civil list should be stopped.
