ONITBD PRESS ASSOCIATION.) TRIAL FOR BIGAMY. Mabton, this day. P. P. Phillips, lata schoolmaster at Makirikiri, was charged at the Marton R.M. Court to-day with bigamy He had seduced one of his pupils,- a girl of 15, and then marrried hor, his first wife being still alive at Auikland. Prisoner was remanded for a week.
