Local Elections Act, 187G," aud any amendments thereto, and that any Trustee absenting himself from tlnee meetings oi the Trust shall vacate his scat as a Trustee, to enable the persons' tq whom'a deed'of conveyance of ■ a piece of' land as a site for '■& Public Library in Masterton was executed to convey the said piece of land to tho Masterton Borough Council, to be held by the said Council 'for ilio purpose of a Library as provided by the "Public Libraries Act,.1869,'' and to enablo the Masterton Trustees'to sell to the Greytown Trustees all the interest of the Masterton Trustees in 4 the lands comprised in the first schedule of ' the said Act." _ Copies of the said-Bill will be deposited in the office of the Examiner of Standing Orders on or before the commencement of the session. , Dated this 18th day of April, 1882.
