Wb suggested the other day that the'l Premier should be allowed to retire instead of sacrificing his chance of restoration to health. We are glad to learn that this course has been adopted, and that hia resignation is already in the hands of His Excellency. Of course the resignation of the Premier involves the retirement of the Ministry as a whole.' No doubt some leading member of it will be called upon to reconstruct tho Cabinet. ■
