BY GABLE. GLADSTONE'S CLOTURE PROPOSALS CARRIED. London, March 9. In the Hmisu uf Commons to-day the new rules oi duhni'o. as proposed by the Government, were under discussion. The resolution fur the adoption of a modified form of tho cloture, as suggested by Mr Gladstone on the 20th ultimo, viz,, that the cloture could be applied when the majority against jtß adoption was less than forty, and the majority exceeded 100, was carried by 303 to 235. Adelaide, March 10. Wheat is quoted at 5s 3d, - nominal. Town .flour, per ton, £lll7s 6d; country brandß, £ll to £llss. Freights to London—Steamers, 405.; ditto, sailing, 40s. There is nothing doing in freights. Melbourne, March 10. The widow of the late Rev. Mr Garret, who was killed at the Jolimcnt railway accident in August last, has been awarded 13500.
