FRIENDLY SOCIETIES SPORTS.

The third annual fete of the Greytown Amalgamated Friendly Societies was held yesterday, about 300 people being present, The weather was everything that could be desired, and as the past week had been anything but pleasant, the fine, weather drew a large number of the fair sex to witness the sports. The Grey town Volunteer Band played during the day, whioh added greatly to the enjoyment.
