The ordinary quorterly meeting of the Greytown.;Trust Lands Trbstees was held ,itt thelTowii Hall yesterday. Present—- % Gi Wyeit?. Harnniieribhi' resignation as a member''of, the trust,' which was accepted, and a "rote of thanks accorded him for his past services.—From ' >Eev, tt VvWhite asking that the use of': tho Town' Hall be grouted free, for Christ-,; ■,PIS!:?W on Monday.next; which request'' ' >Eev. -T. Porritt as chairman of Cemetery Trustees, asking for v a grant of from £lO to £ls. It was resolved that a grant of £ls' be made to the! Cemetery Trustees.—The clerk was' iniitrueted to draw the attention of'the ; superintendent of tho Sunday School,— Resolved—That, Mr ' Braggins •receive notice to clear'away the' rubbish and repair the fence adjoining the Hall. It was also reflblved—That the Masterton Trustees he obitimunioated with, in respect to letter received from Messrs Beard'and Gray, aud that they be asked to cdmbino with this Trust ih getting the act amended. —The Treasurer's statement shewed a credit balance of £5783.
