What I make the Institute use- ™ attractive, and a means of educating the people I It's too monstrous. Does not your correspondent know that the Committee of the Institute is aimply an index machine for registering the fluctuations of the fund overdraft ? It has a millstone around its individual, and collective neck which nearly throttles it. If any good is ever to be done with the Institute it can be only when the compulsory and voluntary subscribers are allowed their just privilege of electing the committee.
