The following resolutions were passed; —That the Taratahi-Cartorton Highway Board be requested to open up the road known as Armstrong's road, botween the Belyidere and Dalefield roads, tliio Board contributing ono : half the cost.—That the Taratahi- Cartel ton Highway Board be reminded that the drain along the main road has been covered in as far as this • Board is concerned, but that the Highway Board portion is still uncompleted, A discussion arose as to pressing for rates outstanding, the general voice of tlio meeting being in favor of action being taken, but no resolution on the matter was moved, The meeting then adjourned.
