As promised in our issue of yesterday, we are able to give our readers a more detailed report of the entries for the Show to be held next week than was the report of the bare numbers in each class. Horses: Classes A and BinN.Z. Stud Book, 7; Class 0,10; draught,' 22; light and carriage horses, 53. Cattle (Shorthorn): Bulls, 17; cows, 12; heifers, 18. Any other breed; Bull, 1; cows, 10; heifers, 20. Fat Cattle: Bullocks, 16; heifers, 7. Hereford Cattle: Fail to find a single representative. Sheep; Merinos, 26; Cotswold, 24; Lincoln, 47; Romney" Marsh, 63; fat sheep, 17. Dogs: Section 3 heads the list with 15, section 11 taking second honors with 3; sections 1,2,4, G, 8, and 10 also being represented. • In poultry entries are made in sections 7,8, 10 to 12, 15 to 17, 19, 20, and 26, Among the implements buggies command 7 entries, and harness 3, the remaining being farming implements. In produce there are 11 entries for the various classes of butter, cheese 3, ham 5, bacon 5, basketware 3, and 2 each for scoured wool, rabbit skins, and Mr Coleman Phillips' rabbit destruction essay prize. The shearing match falls through, there being only one entry. Longhaired pigs produce 5 exhibits, and the smooth species 2.
