FROM OUK OWN CORRESPONDENTS. IRELAND. MORE ARRESTS. AMERICAN AGITATORS FURIOUS. DuiaiN, Oct. 17. Dillon, the Member for Tipperary, and Hefferman, who were recently released, and O'Brien, the editor of the United Irishman, havo all been arrested and imprisoned.

Telegrams from America state that the Irish agitators there are maddened at the stern cclion of the Irish Executive, and threaten reprisals.
