PROM OUR OWN CORRESPONDENTS. PRESIDENT GARFIELD'S FUNERAL. . .. RINDERPEST. FARMERS ALLIANCE. London, Sept. 27. The funeral of President Garfield at Cleveland, Ohio, was attended by 17,000 persons, 1500 oi whom, wero notable personages, including foreign representatives.
