It m resolved—That the rale of day wa«es for the future be Cn. It was rasulved—That the use of the toll ijate house be granted to the County Council during the construction of the Waiobine Bridge if they insured it.—That the cutting at Woodside he repaired as soon as funds were available.—That the Board give consent to the County Council granting the right to Mr Chew to construct a tramway on Arnold's line. —That Mr Vile be instructed to direct the Engineer to .lay off. the road across the Opuakaio Block.—That the Clerk write to Mr CaGelberg, asking him to at once clear the gorse off his line.—That where the wardens had funds in hand they mietht execute repairs to roads requiring the same in their respective wards to an amount not exceeding £5 without referring to the Board.
