At a meeting of the Waste Lands Board yesterday, a long discussion was caused by the letter of the Secretary of the Wairarapa Jockey Olub, suggesting the adjournment of the Masterton land sale to avoid clashing with the faces, Mr Bunny supported, and'the Chairman .opposed, but it was alternately decided to adjourn the sale to the 17th if legal.
