The Austrian Government has informed the Porte that it is determined the decisions of the European Conference held at Berlin and the provisions of the Berlin treaty of 1878, so far as thej relate to Montenegro, shall be executed in their entirety. '
The Austrian Government further informs the Porte that it will urge the striot execution of the decisions ot the Conference and treaty.
