THE MASTERTON READING-ROOM.
To the Editor of the Waieabapa Daiu. Sir—l would like to say a few words upon the general management of papers and periodicals in our Mechanics' Institute. The latest papers are either taken into some private room or else taken away by some mischievous visitors totally unworthy of such a free place to go into; -w but it is certain that the latest papers are seldom or never found until three or four days after their arrival. Even our local paper cannot be seen the clay after it is published in the Reading Room. I am, &c., J. Rose.
