To the Eihor of ihe Walut.afa Dahy A Sir, It is not often I trouble you with mßh| an expression of opinion, but judging WHS from an advertisement that appears in your journal of yesterday, setting forth that addresses will shortly be given at Carterton upon the "Speedy personal coming of our Lord from heaven," &c. one would be led to believe that Te Whiti intended to pay the Wairarapa a visit. Ihe subject matter set forth in the advertisement is not one that I Em prepared to argue; but I look forward anxiously to the date being fixed for Ihe addresses, and by whom they are to be given, as I note the advertisement does not explain. I cannot bear suspense, and therefore hope the mor rt ' Ser Will enligllten tlle P ublica triflo lam, &c.,
