Nicols, and some half-dozen othci'd. lhe object for which tiie meeting was convened having been explained, it was resolved that the capital of the Association consist oi 200 shaves at £1 per share. The prospectus of the Masterton I rospectmg Association, with some slight alteration was adopted. The provisional directory was appointed fesrsß Boys J .P., J . Snodgrass, W. n' v '' l nti ' Sfi "'' D - Tremuen, D. J; G - I()tts , T. Bennett, E. Potts, i. i'j. Edmunds, and Kin;;, Mr A, Fisk was elected Secretary and Treasurer, pro, teni. Sixty-three shares were taken up amongst those present, and thirty more were applied for.
