(PER PEESS AOENCr,) ft WELLINGTON. Sunday. PARLIAMENTARY. A Government caucus was held on Saturday, forty-two being present. It was resolved to preserve the party intact and resist coalition. It is stated the party wish Grey to resign and recommend the Governor to send for Macandrew, so that the new Ministry may meet the House as a reconstituted Ministry. It is expected on the other side that the Governor will send for Hall on Monday if Grey should attempt to reconstruct the Ministry or ask the Governor to send for Macandrew. Arrived: Barque lone from London, 98 days. A youth of eighteen has been captured on the Riccarton road, Canterbury, attempting to stick-up. He was fully armed.
