There was a fair attendance of mombera, and Mr Everett was voted to the chair; , Tho chairman expressed his regret that through committoo meetings being held in tho evening, ho had boon: able to attend so few of them during flio past yoar. Tho Secretary then read the report and balance-sheet for tho past year, which wo hold over for our noxt issue, and which were adopted on tho motion of Mr Parsons. The question of alteration of rules was then discussed at length, and the following innovations were agreed to. Members subscription' io be 10s per annum, with right of free oxhibits. A subscription of 20s per annum to make a subscriber an honorary member of the committee. j;
